To do this, the consumer on his part should:

All extra items such as gifts, discount coupons, etc. must be included in the return package.

Return costs in this case are covered by the consumer. If it is judged that the above conditions for returning the product are not met, the company has the right to return the product to the consumer at the latter's expense and without refunding the amount paid for the purchase of the product.

The consumer has the right to change the product he has purchased within 14 calendar days of receipt.

In the event that the product that the consumer wishes to replace the original purchase is not currently available or the requested number, color or design is not available, the consumer has the right to wait for the next delivery, in which case the company notifies him either by phone or e-mail.
